I'm eating Canadian beef but sorry to say, I'll take PEI lobster and mussels and scallops (and oysters and halibut) over beef this trip. The lobster and the surf and turf are great.
I'll post any info I have on cow on Sunday when I return.
Better watch out for the mercury in those fish! They only test 1 in 50 million!
