Even the ESPN boys are starting to think that Martinez is a legit Heisman candidate! :lol:

he IS a legend, he is a great coach, and take away Martinez, and the Huskers are not all that good.
I think he will get his Hypesman ...the kid is GOOD. a few things I learned last night...

we need to get rid of the concrete shoes on D...we be slow!

we are too one dimensional. although coming out throwing we looked decent, but we went to Thomas way to many times

Bo pelini is a dick. putting the first string back in, in a blow out ?? class, massengill, class. I bet Snyder never cried about running the score up on him like he did a few years ago. I hate Pelini more and more each day

Sandhusker is not the crusty ball sack I had him pegged for, he called as the game began, we exchanged a few barbes, and talked some decent football....and once it was apparent that we were toast, he never called again. he is either a class act, or the gay guys he watched the game with got him drunk, tied up, and treated him like a woman on a date with one of the Peters brothers....

Great or "legendary" coaches would have gone for the 3 at the beginning instead of attempting to get the first down. Points win games, not first downs. Isn't that like rule #1 in the Coaching 101 handbook?

You put in Green or Lee, especially Lee, and let 'em get warmed up, and they might not be the scoring explosion that Taylor is, but they'll get the job done.

Bo gave Wee Wiily Snyder exactly what he deserved last night. Too bad Big Red couldn't have tacked another 30 points on the board. I guess you'd have to call what happened last night as practice for the upcoming games we play.

Class? Class? The sports guy on Channel 11 reported how as soon as the gates opened, the K Staters were extremely "vocal" to any Nebraska fans they saw. I never did see a Husker fan show up on TV with a sign that said "I Hate K State", but there were a couple TV shots of some misguided Purple Person holding a sign that said "I Hate Nebraska".

It was nice to see all the empty seats in Memorial Stadium South at the beginning of the 4th quarter....reminded me of the "good old days"! :wink: That's what happens when you bring a knife to a gun fight.
 
Bo put Green in for most of the 4th quarter. I would like to hear of ANY game Snyder EVER coached where he put in his second string QB with that much time on the clock.

throwing to the endzone in the 4th when the game is out of reach?? bo= dousche bag
 
It's not Neb. that needed to stop scoring. It KSU that needed stop them from scoring. Thats how the game is played, to score TD or FG anytime you are able to.

Since it won't be Memorial Stadium South anymore, maybe the name could be "Bill Snyder Legendary House of Vinegar"?
