I just have to share this with you. This article and picture are by Dick Kettlewell, Rapid City Journal photographer and is entitled Spring Creek Chronicles: Prairie Pillars
This is just south of our ranch and I've spent my life in these Buttes. There is no way you could get me to live anywhere else on earth and Dick did a wonderful job showcasing our corner of paradise. The butte pictured and its sister buttes are also known locally as the Battleships.
