It is sad to see the turn over that seems to come quite often these days. Can't blame folks for selling if the family doesnt want to run it anymore and they can get what they want for it. Still kinda sad though.

Went to the site and saw a Ranch up here for sale, BC lumber fellow that ran over a lot of people to build his Ranch. Now trying to selling to another big operation.

That is quite a bit cheaper per AUM than stuff here at home. Having drove through that area multiple times I can only imagine how pretty it would be.

I thought it was interesting that the listing was on a US site, and not through someone like Lane. Perhaps 1 Earth will buy it as they have been losing lots of other ground. :shock:
