First a hearing where Obama's Administration gets exposed for illegal gun running deals that result in Border Agent death and now a group of congressmen is filing suit over Lybia.

Congressional members to file lawsuit over Libya

WASHINGTON (CNN) - A bipartisan group of House members will file a lawsuit Wednesday challenging U.S. participation in the Libya military mission.

Meanwhile, President Barack Obama is set to defend U.S. military involvement in Libya to Congress, according to the White House.

I guess Panetta deserves to get the ax, maybe Obama too.
