This is an ad my dad put in the Tri-State Livestock News. Anyone out there looking for work, or know of someone who would be good?

Newer machinery, good facilities. Dont provide housing, and not looking for someone to manage.

Seems to be getting extremely hard to find anyone these days. Only bright spot is the oil fields are laying off employees, which isnt probably good for those people, or gas prices in the near future, but might help with the local labor force lol.

Good luck. We have someone coming in to do the feeding during calving, as well as help clean out barns with a Bobcat, and have a college student going to help with fencing and haying next summer, but worthwhile help is tough to find. I thought getting cell phone service would be all positives, but now it's amazing how much time that a dedication challenged employee will spend texting and talking.....even when their on your plan and ought to know they'll get caught.
