Seems like I've asked this on here before, (many moons ago) but Mr. FH would like names of manufacturers that make Custom flatbeds for pickups. I've been searching the internet and only come up with CM.

He'd like the names of ones that are made in Oklahoma or Texas, thank you very much.

Easleytrailers.net CM J&I manufacturing Kremlin Welding Butler Beds I'm pretty sure they are all in Oklahoma except easley and they are in Anson Tx There is also Bradford beds but not sure where they are built. you can google and come up with most of their websites.

J & I is in Madill, OK and they make some nice beds. I've got one of their plain, cheap flatbeds, but I've seen some of their custom beds that probably cost more than any truck I've ever owned.

This is an outfit that isn't to far from me that builds a lot of beds. I think that they look like a good bed. My FIL bought one about a yr ago and he hasn't had anything bad to say about it. Hope this helps even though it isn't quite in Ok or Tx..

FH.

There is a small mechanics/machine shop in Terry, MT that will make about whatever type of flatbed you want. I have been in the shop and they make flatbeds for anyone from ranchers to hay grinders. I am not sure on their pricing if they are way high or not. Look in the phone book for Get-R-Done Repair in Terry.

JI are what most people in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma use. They have a great reputation for a solid product.

Not the cheapest but reasonable.

I'd bet Soapweed's welder son could build him one to his exact specs. Probably customize it up real nice. :-)

That would be my choice as well. I have a Jensen on my old K30 4X4. I always liked it. My 87 K20 4X4 I put a Circle D on...TERRIBLE choice. When I sell it, I'll probably put the original box back on. The '03 F550 wears a Besler. Best bed I've owned so far. There are quite a few Bradfords around these parts anymore, but they don't do much for me.

Soap's Smithy son could probably build a far better bed for less dough than most any place around. And he would probably surprise the hell out of a fella with his artistic touches. Even if it did cost more, a man would have a one of a kind.
