ok you shamed me so here you go. Spent a Sunday morning helping neighbors brand, came home to a very nice evening outside, the world is green, the birds are singing, life is good.

IT'S JUST RANCHING!

I just came in from outside, need to thank you Lord for the life I live,

There are so many good things, and there's more that I can give.

Spent the best part of my day, helping my neighbors and my friend,

Sitting out here this evening, I got the message that you send.



A lot of people are wondering, about their faith and you and such,

They are getting tired of the rain, they think it is too much.

I have to agree with some, it has put them into a lot of pain,

But I remember the dry years, when we all were praying for some rain.



I was just sitting her marveling, at some of the things that you have done,

Giving this ole' Montana grass a drink, that to me is number one.

Got to hear all of the birdies sing, even heard a lonesome dove,

Gave me a big reminder of all of your creations that I love.



Your garden here in Montana is as green as it can be

Got to thank you Lord, coming from the family and me.

We try our hardest, to care for your wonderful land,

I am just your servant, I am your hired hand..



I did get your message, the kids I am to take care of

I will do this for you, and show them a little love.

Of all of my life's callings, this one is by far the best,

Cause if it is not ranching, you can keep the rest!!

That was great, sw. Thanks for putting things into proper perspective for all of us. Life is good, even if it is too wet or too dry, too windy or too hot and muggy. We weren't promised a rose garden down here below. Heaven wasn't meant to be now; it is yet to come.
