Did you get some rain?
I'm not Silver but curious....whats this "rain" you talk about :???:

Supposed to be +30-+35 for the next five days....yup thats pretty well the end of any crops we have......

Rained almost 36 hours over the weekend, only reason we took time off to go to W. L. Supposed to be 30 degrees here on Friday thru Monday.
Cutting hay again today. :D

Dave you should of stayed for tropical storm Williams Lake that rolled in during the chuckwagon supper. My youngest daughter collected $5 for sitting under the overflowing gutters lol.

We didn't leave WL til 8:30, ate supper at Joey's Restaurant and watched it rain outside. :D

How did you like Lyman's "burlap beef"?

Least Corey could have done was trail some rain through Alta. on his way home. No rain to speak of since June.....we're in bad shape here.

We did get some rain. An inch and a half actually. Pretty much doubled our rainfall for the year. All those oats I thought were dead because they were yellow and withered up are now green. Go figure.
Was out looking at some tame pasture yesterday though and it looks like it's been sprayed. Level with the ground and brown as can be. Between the hoppers and the lack of moisture it's just all gone. Not sure what were gonna do for fall grazing. Hopefully the grass in the bush holds them.

We must of had 5 or 6 inches in July-too bad it didn't rain till then-if anybody needs black stemmy hay I know where u can get it.

Well, I gotta say we've never put up better hay. (or less for that matter) Only got one little shower on the last 50 acres.
