Was anybody just watching when they showed the 'Laloche Rejects' that's a tough place to grow up and play hockey. 'Rambo' Wolverine played in Meadow Lake last year I never coached him but he's quite a character. Nice to see a bunch of small town hockey volounteers getting their recognition on national TV. Every year in Meadow Lake we recognize long time hockey supporters with a lifetime rink pass. One oldtimer has watched almost every minor hockey game in last 20 years-it's pretty cool when you can ask him how a 7 year old in '06 compares to Jeff Friesen at that age lol. I get alot of advice from him-some of it unasked for but all of it taken to heart lol.
