I say this to make a point. A problem will never be solved if one can't see alternatives. Canada is actually doing a lot on this front. I really like the idea of funding your smaller plants that aren't federally inspected to get upgraded. Helps Canadian businessman and is a very likely way to increase branded beef programs to increase premiums.
