What were you doctoring the calf for?

Are those Catahoula dogs or at least part Catahoula?

The seat in that saddle on the last horse looks like it would be
mighty comfortable!

Great pictures. I too would like to know about the dogs you use. We are currently using Blackmouth Curs to catch loose cattle and Border Collie and crosses to pen cattle for the public. Looks like more and more Texas cowboys are riding Wade saddles. Paul in NC

i have to say i don't miss that country since we moved to new mexico
it's not every day you see folks roping like that in the panhandle
as most are team roper types o they doctor alone and tie on
looks like ya'll were enjoying it any how
