How Cold at Your House?

It was in the upper 70's f here today suppose to be near 80 tomorrow. We are pretty dry here now as were baleing those meadows that normally don't get baled until late November. I have about 40 bales to bale tomorrow then I better get after the corn chopping I have a 100 acres of very nice corn this year. We had a tractor fire two weeks ago and a clutch issue on another so it's been slow going here. We got the fire damage all fixed today and it's field ready so we'll get back at it.

Just like Denny's weather here, high in the upper 70's today and low 80's for tomorrow. We have been fortunate enough though to be getting some real nice rains all fall. Just had a three day soaker of 2.75''

Got enough feed Per?
Yup Gcreek, grass at our west place is awesome, hay was poor, green feed pretty good, barley nothing short of amazing. Should be able to graze our way through the winter depending on the weather and enough feed in store if it goes south. Life is pretty good here. How goes it there?

We have enough hay. Have a few loads of screenings pellets lined up from the Coast and a load of barley coming from my friends up north.

We have purchased a bit of extra hay in anticipation of cheap bred cows this fall. Funny how a person can land hay from 12 hours away cheaper than it can be purchased locally......

Got 10 young cows at Kamloops last week for $1875.
