Recently the bird flu was found in a cat in Europe. Possibly it was France, if not let's just blame the French anyway. Does this mean cats are to be added to the NAIS list? Would you have to report all comings and goings and co- minglings of backyard cats? Would your private home have to be registered as a cat house?
