How long should a bull be guaranteed?

Oh I think I'd have had to said somethin. That's just the way I am. LOL I can't keep my mouth shut when it comes to things like that. Hopefully you won't hafta deal with them anymore......Sad that you had to send another critter to their place knowin the shape this one came back. If she calls again in, oh.....say 2 years........aint no way I'd give her another one.

Unfortunately....that's the norm with a lot of people!!

One of my customers let a bull he'd bought from me starve to death. Of course I found this out through others and that it seemed to be the normal way with this guy, something I did not know at the time of the sale.

Two years later he showed up wanting another bull. I flat out refused to do business with him as I was NOT going to let a good animal be abused like that, no way!

Probably a good thing you kept your cool. Makes you wonder the fate of the one she took home this time?

The only thing they will ever get from me again will be a pice of my mind. I will let you know what the bull did at the stock yard today.
I showed him to the stockyard owner and was tell him what went on. He said that he would not want to bred if he felt bad either. This bull lookes very dull and rough hair coat also.

Me too, Jersey Lilly. They'd have got HOT TONGUE and COLD SHOULDER from me and NO BULL.

Too bad another one has to go through being treated like that.

'Bama, you are going to find out no customer is better than
a customer like that. Don't kid yourself, they pulled it once, they'll
try you again.

First time their fault, second time your fault.

Not trying to be mean here, just want you to know I think you
went way beyond the call of duty on this deal. Sometimes we are
so nice we have "SUCKER" stamped on our forehead. That goes
right here too. We give in pretty easy, but we are figuring out
who deserves a break and who doesn't.

Like a friend of ours says, "Treat everyone the way you want to be treated,
but if they break the ice, shove them under." These folks broke the ice.

Here's to a good day for you today.

Ala- You might want to consider a return policy in the future. I bought a 878 son a few yrs ago and he had feet problems. I had him trimmed twice, but got tired of that and decided to send him to the sale. The group where I bought him had a policy that they would give the purchase price back the first yr on the purchase of a new bull, but that dropped 10% per yr after the first yr. I thought I would get more for him at the sale and did.
