to my last breath, I will take joy in a husker loss. and a KU loss too..... I have no love for the husker fans . the "self proclaimed" greatest fans. just put on your red, and enjoy your 5 loss season, and a mid pack finish in the 4th best conference in America.

why they doubt Snyder and a butt load of returning starters is beyond me...... but I like KSU being ignored, then we fight our way into the picture..... much better than some old time glory schools who are ranked high on "persona and tradition" then slowly fall out of the ranks because they can not compete.

I believe that's what every one said about Notre Dame vs Oklahoma. The fact is they do have a good defense and can run the ball, they can compete. Maybe they do have some closer games than they should, but they don't have any lower division schools on their schedual like all other teams. They have to be mentaly prepaired for every game. Alabama had three games on their schedual that all they had to do is show up and its not going to be close. K State had a couple cupcake teams as well, only they struggled for a while with missouri state. I'm not saying they would win, but hey they are undefeated, nobody else can say that.

but you are missing the point Texas Bred...it is all about the tradition, and the glory years...the old boys club don't want any new teams to slip in and join the party....

sickens me that the pres goes on and on about the tough schedule of Notre Lame...in my opinion, they are inelligable for National titles till the fully join a conference...

Disagree. Kansas State had a chance, but screwed it up, so its not just tradition and glory years because Kansas State dont have that.

Those teams are better than western Kentuky, Florida Atlantic, Western Carolina, and maybe Auburn. All of which are on Alabama's schedule
