We got ours done yesterday, It was one of those dark, cloudy, chilly, where the breeze was blowing just hard enough that the dirt was sticking to your teeth kinda days. Sure made it tough on those of us who wear contacs. We had a real good crew and the cows worked real easy even though it took us all day to gather and run about five hundred through the chute(a little over 95% bred). The jokes, humor and good natured ribbing lasted right up to about dark when we finished. One fellow even took time out to go shoot his elk. Over all it was a really good day with no wrecks, nobody run over and nobody killed.
