The way I see it, you hung with us for three quarters and we just had a small let-down in the third! The total yards (along with the third more first downs that we had) kind of are the "rest of the story".

Yep, you won the game. Nope, the name "Auburn" doesn't strike fear in our hearts. Now, mention "Huskers" to a K-St. fan and they remember 40 years of being owned and they'll just pee themselves on the spot.

not quite there sand husker... mention NU to any K-Stater, and they immediately think of a bunch of big bullies from the north who piss in thier cheerios because the former doormat of the leauge is now on par, or even better, and the red nation can not stand it!

the first win in 98, all we heard was "you beat our worse team in 30 years'

then it was "you beat our 2 worse teams in 32 years"

then we took 3 in a row, and it was " bunch of cheaters, you suck, we are the best"



well, looked to me like the king of the mountain got pushed off, and did not like the view!

I used to LOVE to watch NU play ball. enjoyed the option all day long, then there goes the fullback for 60 yards, right up the gut! that is football! but this west coast crap sucks. let the huskers go to the WAC if they want that crap!

Katrina, Mike is right. if you go 5 to 1, I will be all over that. USC will beat NU. name your price!

I guess I need to explain the difference between "Point Spreads" and "Betting Odds"?
 
Did we lose again?????? :roll: I was looking at the stats on fox sports and we are not really that bad as far as in the north 12 standings...... Poor jig's cats weren't even in the ratings........ All though Freeman is leading in the pass category and of course being also in the reception one too.

I'm not understanding. Jigs' team is 3-2 and the Huskers are 1-4 in conference play and Jigs' "Cats" are not rated?

Am I missing something?

The only worse team than the Huskers in the Big 12 North is Iowa State..................

Go look........ MSN.com and go to the sports page, go to big 12 then go to the ranking....... I was stunned...... We did lose right???? It prolly has changed by today.......

Boy-- Nebraska must be bad... the Nebraska-Texas game was the scheduled and advertised game yesterday on tv-- and when I turned to it- they'd pre-empted that game for the MSU- Northern Colorado game- which the Bobcats gave away in the last seconds....

Actually, it turned out to be a pretty good game. Husker led most of the way and gave it up late in the 4th.
