I had to clear the snow away from a couple of places along the stack yard fence so the cows didn't walk over .

Looks like somebody got a shiny new JD tractor... the bucket doesn't even have its first scratch on it :D . I approve of your choice in tractors, but would approve even more if I had your tractor, and you had a newer one  .

Did I just hear someone jinx himself?

I have a job for you Big Muddy, too bad you live so far away. I have about a half a mile of walk over fence to plow soon. Carefull you don't fall through while driving on top! :)

I saw some second cutting bales in the neighbors stack today- where the deer have completely ate the center core out of them- and you can look thru them like they are a donut...
You can't pick them up with a bale bed anymore- my suggestion to him is to get a grapplefork and set them all out to his cows to bale graze (along with the deer probably) and at least get some use out of them...

I bet I don't dress any warmer than you do a T-Shirt,sweatshirt and my Carhart Jacket.I just wear jeans most all the time if it's -20 than I'll put on bib's. I don't own any insulated long underwear as they drive me nut's.I wear insulated boots of some sort I've got 4 pairs each a little different depend on the day.A good wool scotch cap,a wild rag and a pair of yellow chore gloves.Of course a 1/2" of Backfat might help also.My toes are numb right now but they'll be fine in an hour or so.
