i know how you feel, od/nt!! took demodriver to meet with some folks who have extensive knowledge on how to get money for college and just sitting back, listening to her talk about being a doctor brought tears to my eyes....seems like just yesterday that she was taking her first steps!!

I only saw Dad cry once-when BSE hit, I had to go to a course on what I was going to do when I graduate-I told them I was going to have a cattle ranch in southern Saskatchewan (here) and they thought I was crazy because of BSE. They asked why I am going to do this and who 'made' me say it, i told them I was going to because I grew up around cattel, and I want to die with some in my posession, and then I told them that noone told me to say that. lol. They were beaking me because I could be more than a farmer, and I told them to beak offif it weren't for people like the farmers, you wouldnt be eating one thing tonight. They were speachless-and Dad had a tear rolling down hios cheek-he said, "you learned well, next tuime use bigger words-mess with their minds". lol. I still can't beleive my sister is 7-it seemed like yesterday I had to stay uop and listen to crying all night-thankful i dont have to anymore, but I kinda miss it. lol...

That is a great pic it reminds me of my oldest , I remember teaching him how to ride horses and now he is 20 and in the army.
still have his little old saddle hanging in the tack room and brings a tear every time I look at it

These are the kind of pics that make your keyboard wet for some reason.

was going through old photo albums the other day and found one that I had put together for my oldest who will be 19 in august!! diapers, grins and chasing the puppy!! When those pix were taken, I thought I had all the time in the world to spend with this small little boy with the huge brown eyes and develish grin.....hmmmmm....the keyboard seems to be having a moisture problem!!! How time flies.........

For christmas Greg put all the videos and pictures of my children when they were little onto one video tape and set it to the song "Thank-God for kids"After they were in bed he gave it to me and we watched it   That was by far the greatest gift he ever gave me...but man its hard to watch!

I bought a unit that will take our Video Taps and put them on DVD's - - the salesman said they has several open box's for $149 a closed box was $159 - I offered the $100 for a open box but... I paid for a closed box.

The directions are terrible - I've read and read and done what they say but No Workee - - I started playing with it - Made a DVD that worked on the unit but not on our DVD player or Computer
"Insignia" unit - Directions are in 4 languages and send you to page 2 to pages 24 to page 15 ect.
