I recently offered the last parcel of land I'd bought (about 110 acres) for sale and it looks like the neighbor is going to buy it. We did a handshake on it today.
Yesterday he asked what my "best price" was and I told him he already had it. Also told him if I didn't get an offer soon, I'd change my mind about selling, clear more of it and plant pasture and sorghum next year.
Honestly, I bought the piece because the old man who owned it pestered me so much I finally gave in. :? Never did much with it other than clearing a bit and planting some pasture and grain sorghum.
