Moved from Texas to Illinois. Tried to get a drivers license today. Learned....Proof of birth date (one of the following) - a birth certificate, military identification card or immigration or naturalization certificate. I can use military discharge DD214. But my wife ... she doesn't have a certified copy of birth certificate. NOW...can she run for president?? I'd say YES....can she get a Illinois drivers license...NO.
