Little rump is grandson of Floyd Rumford jr of Rumford Rodeo. Ummm, all state linebacker? At Fairfield? OkaaY.

In the newspaper comments, some guy called rump "violent". Acting as an official of the rodeo, little rump stopped a trespass with least necessary force.
