Intersting feed documents

I was driving by a Mint Farm today. We have a supreme mixer, so we have a lot of flexibility in what we can feed. I had heard of some guys in the past feeding hte silage, but no more....With feed costs, I figure it never hurts to take a look at anything.....

I decided to Google..What was interesting was the dates on some of the University studies... The first I looked at was from Oregon State university in the late 60's and early 70's....Not really all that long ago...

But the second paper.... It was from Montana and I saw a date of 1929...It was interesting seeing them talk about 325 pound calves,
