Thanks for looking!

Nice!

RA, have you ever heard of Patricia Nelson Graves?
She is a Mt. artist and those first two pictures so much
remind me of some of her work. I don't know if it is
the lighting, or the grass, or what it is.

I have a link for you
to take a look, but there are a couple of paintings that
aren't there that I was searching for in particular.
Anyhow, I think you can see the resemblance in
a couple of the paintings. Not that it matters all that much
except that you caught something that is similar to what
I see in her work.

Here's the link:

I went back and found one that I was looking for. It's of horses
coming out of a brushy draw. It isn't as clear as I'd like, hope
you can see it well enough. There are several there to click on.
This is on her home page.

Thanks! I haven't ever heard of her. Thanks for the link. I looked all over the site. The horses coming out of the draw
is a little fuzzy. I like the one where the two boys are holding the calf for branding.....and a mountains in the background seen
where loose horses are grazing. I appreciate you linking that for me to see.

I'm really fascinated by all artwork and pictures of ranching. I think it is because it's a big way that I have ever learned any thing about ranching.

R A, it was a beautiful evening in your neck of the woods, and you proved it with your photographs. Thanks for showing them to us.

It was a great evening.....I took a few deep breaths and enjoyed it!

I'm really looking forward to your next thread of great shots! You've taught me many, many, many things, that I never would of thought of, through your pictures and stories, that I can't ever see in person.
