It's A Heifer!!!

Been waiting the last couple days for my milk cow to calve. Came home from a graduation party and there she was all dried off and bouncing around the corral. Had already nursed one quarter. Had colostrum squirting out the back 2 teats. Ran them in and milked her dam. Got around 2 gallons which I bagged and are in the freezer.

So H'76 now has that nurse cow he was asking about. She has his name on her.
Now to think of a name for her.

if you want to winter your bulls up here again - send her with the bulls this fall... we'll have to think of some sort of trade or i can just buy her if your daughter would like.

....finally - now i can be like all the big boy hereford guys
