THIS IS A GREAT TIME SAVING MACHINE USED TO TAKE TWO THREE MACHINES TO DO THE JOB THAT ONE IS DOING. KNOCKS IT DOWN LIMBS IT AND CUTS IT INTO THE SIZE OF STICKS THAT THE MILL WANTS WHEN THAT MACHINE IS DONE IN THAT AREA A FORWARDER WILL COME AND PICK UP THE WOOD AND HAUL IT TO THE LANDING WHERE IT WILL BE LOADED INTO A TRUCK.

Around here they are now all buying the big Vermeer wood chipper's after all the saleable wood is gone they roll in and chip all the branches. They don't leave much behind anymore. It looks much better after they get done now. They run it into live bottom van trailers and sell it to power plants, ethanol plant's and landscapers to name a few sources.Plus the normal pulp paper plants and partical board plant's.

Agood feller-buncher and a good operator can make a hell of a log deck in no time flat. Kinda sucks if you used to be a log deck limber though......lol

Man that would be a real deal for logging. I'm not so sure it would handle a big ole oak around here but it is really quick for the type of wood it is doing. Us poor folk can only muster up this type of JD wood handlers..

I like that hydraulic lift asist you have there! sure beats wrasslin them big ones up to the splitter!

hope you don't sue me for patent infringement....I may add one to mine!

I don't split much wood I have a door thats 18"x18" and the stove will take it 36" long so if I can lift it it's going in.Those big pieces I just cut shorter and fill it up.Of course mine hold's a skid loader bucket full at a time.
