I posted this joke in the Coffee shop, and hardly anyone read it. I would be happy to leave it that way, except that I have been told twice that this is a favorite. Why? I don't know, but it's good.
A scientist told a roach to crawl over his finger. It did. He then cut off the front legs and told it to crawl over his finger. It limped, but crawled over his finger. He cut off the middle pair of legs and told it it to crawl over his finger. With great difficulty it hobbled finally over his finger. He cut off the back pair of legs and told the roach to crawl over his finger. The roach laid there and laid there. The scientist took out his journal and wrote: When the back legs of a roach are removed, it loses its ability to hear.
