This is the eleventh time he has been overturned during his short tenure on the federal bench. That should give R-Calf members confidence in the upcoming frivolous lawsuit to block imported beef product from Canada. If their leadership had any brains they would withdraw the latter lawsuit.

If Cebull has had his rulings overturned that many times, maybe it is time to remove his incompetance from the system. How much grief has he caused other people? it is obvious he either doesn't know what he's doing, or he is just easily bought.
