Thanks for filling in Jersey Lilly. I have a new computer and new email address and I could NOT get logged in here. I don't have my addresses so I was really up a creek. Luckily OT emailed me something and I got him to contact Macon for me...so here I am again...

[Faster horses]

I had the guys at Radio Shack do a custom built one for me and I am not one bit happy with it. The cursor sticks, it is Vista and very slow.
I'm taking it back to them so they can see what the problem is.

I had to buy Quick Books 2007 for the business and billing.
That cost me $200 extra. Course that is no ones fault; just the
cost of doing business. I never bought the first program, the
lady I had do the books a couple of years ago just installed hers
on my computer. She never really understood how to work Quickbooks
so I figured I could mess it up on my own.

I am not happy with this computer at all. Someone told me not
to get Vista, takes a big computer to support it, or it is very slow.
Perhaps that is the problem. Anyway, I am taking it back to
them soon.

Vista is EXTREMELY heavy on all utility. Roland refuses to install it on anything. The techs hate it, windows 95 all over again :roll: Way too heavy on the graphics capabilities, doesnt network well etc. I suppose it might work well on a super computer somewhere but they havent worked out the kinks yet.
