Fox News was reporting last night that in the first few days after the hurricane, organized gangs moved into N.O. by both boat and vehicle and contributed to the looting- some from Texas, some from as far away as Alabama- all armed to the hilt...The said it was organized looting of Banks, art museums, jewelry stores etc.....That some of the shooting going on was turf battles between the gangs- and some was to keep rescuers out until they got their plunder gathered......
