If you had a statement from Strom stating, "there was sufficient evidence to prove that ibp was giving preferential treatment towards preferred customers which is in violation of the PSA but that was not the basis of the plaintiff's case", then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you had an official statement from the Japanese government stating that "new BSE tests have been approved by the WTO to detect BSE prions in cattle of any age and Japan will no longer accept beef from any nation that does not use these tests and that the Japanese consumers were well aware of this technology", then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you had a statement from USDA claiming that "through modern computer technology and DNA testing, all beef can be traced to it's country of origin at a minimal amount of expense and consumers are showing PURCHASING PREFERENCES towards US products, over price and that food services would be included because consumers want to know where blended beef originated", then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you had proof that R-CALF is truly for fair trade and not isolationist in their court cases, then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you had proof that the addition of CO2 is potentially harmful for consumers, then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you could prove that consumer demand for beef was unaffected by the beef checkoff adds during periods of high supply and less consumer spending on beef, then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you could prove that removing $9.25 million in equity from the packing industry would not affect the procurement of cattle in the future, then you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you could prove Dittmer's statements incorrect with opposing facts to the contrary, you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
If you had proof of a legitimate (meaning real or true) case of market manipulation that was reported to GIPSA that was not investigated due to political favors you would have something BUT YOU DON'T!
You couldn't even win a bet with me by proving me wrong, I had to prove myself wrong, have the integrity to admit it and pay up.
Do you still wonder why R-CALF can't win a court case?
When all you are armed with is a need to blame and baseless unsupported allegations and conspiracy theories, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT????
