So how much would it cost to get one here?
I really like the looks of those dogs and it's always fun
to have something different.

BMR is going to split the cost with me. :P

I'll guess it would cost as much or more than a plane ticket for a person does....Just shipping a pup within the continental US can easily cost more than what a person could fly for once you get all the expenses added up...

yes it would cost 2,500 to 3,000 dollars the pup is the cheap part of it we only charge $350 for a young pup $500 for a started dog like coopers who is showing good balance and was working the points very well and he has that long lopping gate what will make him a very handy droving dog, Fitz works very well he is a good blocking dog and the big black boy Jax is a very handy dog he is also good working the points you always know when he is out working he has a very loud bark but he only gives 2 barks if the cattle don't move or turn he will hit them hard Ice the blue merle and white girl is silent and deadly lol if a cow try's to make a break for it she will get right into their faces using her eyes and body language to do the talking if they don't give or turn she will hit them fast and hard but if the cattle are behaving and moving along nice and steady the dogs are just as happy to trot along with them.

sorry guy's forgot to add there are some koolies already over there, but i think they mostly the sheep working lines and then there are some people over there that are breeding the Catahola sorry not sure on the name of that bred or the spelling of it anyway they are crossing them with the kelpies to make dogs that look like koolies and passing them of as koolies so please be aware of that before you go looking for them. our koolies are non aggressive people dogs that love to be with there owners as much as possible they don't like to be kept in kennels only to come out to work and are then put back away with out people time they need that to bond to their owners once bonded they will work until they drop for you they love to be loved a cold owner will have a cold dog that will not give 100% to it's owner or to working for them does that make sense to you, i have 17 koolies and each day unless it's raining i let them out to have a play for half an hour or a couple of hours each day they will all get their pats and cuddles in that time and i will sit out on the lawn to watch them or throw a ball around for them and just treat them like a pet the girls get to come into the house a couple at a time that is and some of them even get to sleep in my bedroom at night it's all people time and they need to feel loved.

we are braking the weaners into the dogs teaching them some manners so to speak we bring them into the yards cut their mothers out work them with the dogs for a couple of days and when they are bending nicely to the dogs we drive them out to the back paddocks well away from their mums other wise they will just plough through fences to get back as it was we through that one lot were almost ready to go out but a few broke and went through the barb fencing but they were found 3 paddocks away and brought back in the next day these will go back out with the others on Tuesday after a bit more work

I should have figures that out. :-)

We don't dog break our cattle as good as we should when they are young. Maybe this winter i will do it better.

You dogs do look good. I don't think Faster Horses and i would get along sharing very well. :D I have 2 border collies and a McNab collie cross spoken for. That should be enough for a while.

Keep posting pictures if you can they are great. :D :D
