Looking for Ranch Work Opportunity in Canada (June 2026)

Hi there,


I'm a 22-year-old from Norway, planning to travel to Canada around June 2026. I'm looking for a ranch where I can stay and work over a longer period — not as a tourist, but as someone who wants to be involved in the real day-to-day operations.


I grew up on a small farm and have experience with livestock (mainly goats), and some riding experience. I'm particularly interested in learning more about cattle work and horse handling, and I'm ready to contribute wherever needed.


I'm in good shape, motivated, and not afraid of long days or hard work. If anyone knows of ranches that might take on someone like me — or has any advice on where to look — I'd really appreciate it.

I just got a notice my password may have been compromised and it was suggested I
change my password. I tried. It wouldn't allow me...I kept getting 'we've encountered a problem.
Your passwords don't match.'
The heck you say, they do match. So I stopped trying. These kinds of things irritate me greatly.

It seems this forum isn't allowing cheap O members like us to do anything with our personal info. Pony up the dough and become a contributing member if you want special treatment such as your personal info management. Remember one fine day you might find that you have become a member of Steer Planet. That doesn't faze me, but the guys better sleep with one eye open. Where is More Money?

Passwords are a frustration. They tell you the one you entered is incorrect, and if you use that same password as the new one, they tell
you you can't use it, because it was you previous password.

I payed the lifetime membership fee on one site. But I did not qualify as a "supporter" or "contributor " of that site, therefore was not allowed to view all the conversations. Oh well, part of my continuing education.
