In a bizarre twist in the Michael Brown case, police are considering whether to charge the late teenager's mother, Leslie McSpadden, with felony armed robbery.

According to the New York Daily News, McSpadden and others allegedly attacked a group of people who were selling "Justice for Mike Brown" T-shirts. The really strange part: one of the sellers was Michael Brown's grandmother, Pearlie Gordon.

The Ferguson Police Department is currently investigating claims that Lesley McSpadden brought a group of people — including her own mother — to beat vendors and rob them of their "Justice for Mike Brown" merchandise.

Gordon, 54, was allegedly knocked to the ground and repeatedly struck in the head. She detailed the brief exchange she had with McSpadden at the time of the attack.

"You can't sell this s**t," McSpadden allegedly said, according to the report.

Gordon responded that "unless McSpadden could produce documentation stating that she had a patent on her son's name (Gordon) was going to continue to sell her merchandise.

One person was allegedly beaten with a pipe and another victim hospitalized. Police said more than $1,500 in merchandise and $400 in cash was reported to have been stolen.

While most of us will never experience the anguish Brown's family has suffered, Leslie McSpadden and other alleged attackers should be thoroughly investigated, and charged appropriately, if warranted. But the idea of Brown's own grandmother profiting from the tragedy is beyond the pale.

So the nut didn't fall far from the tree.

Yea, but they'd better sell those "Hand Up - Don't Shoot" T-shirts pretty fast before everyone learns the truth that he didn't have his hands up.

Probably going to be a "No Bill" announced shortly and all hell is supposed to break loose. Nigazz can't wait to riot and tear up others folks' stuff. Plus, it's fun................................

Then there's something about Rand Paul wanting to restore voting rights to non-violent convicted felons that has me worried. Why should drug dealers be able to vote and these old welfare mares that just like to mix it up shouldn't? Also, wouldn't any rioters and looters that happen to get caught and convicted be disenfranchised? Might be another slippery slope. And exactly who is it that he thinks Republicans need to reach out to? Sorry for getting off topic, but some of these low lifes just need to be Democraps.

I've seen people sell their grandkids' futures down the river just to support the cause.
