I do not know if these two shots were fired first, or in response, but if it was first the implications on the FEDS whole

determined one agent fired two shots at Finicum's pickup truck after it crashed into a snowbank.

Another tragedy caused by overzealous law enforcement. all federal employees and all law enforcement should be trained regularly on how to de-escalate a situation.

You can bet the higher ups thought dealing with a bunch of low IQ hicks from the out back of Oregon could be handled by the training squad, the about to retirees, and every other screwup in the department. It got past that and some body screwed up.
