Leasing cattle

I've heard of people leasing cattle before when they didn't have the money to buy cattle or had more feed than they needed all of a sudden but I've never delved into the details. How does someone go about leasing cattle and what does a good lease deal look like?

a lease will look good when both parties involved feel they are getting a good deal.
