During the end of the Second World War, the German Army was getting out of supplies real bad and there wasn't alot of incoming supplies of anything.
One day the Commendant lined up the german troops and told them," Men, today I have good news and bad news. The good news is we all get a change of underwear." The men cheered and threw their helmets in the air.
