Would any of you in the three western provinces know where I could find a rock fork/bucket to fit a JD 740 loader? 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 tines, 72 to 84 inches wide, heavy duty.
I've been pricing them this morning, kind of scary.

Gonna go minin' gold nuggets that are too big for my 7400. :D

Seriously, I'm thinking it will be faster getting ground clean behind this Dika rake than waiting for burning permits to get rid of the sticks before I can pick rocks. My rockpicker and wood don't get along and I would like to load the mixed stick/rock windrows off the field and burn them in the fall and carry on farming the ground.
After picking by hand and using smaller implements for so many years, I'm getting the farming bug pretty bad with this big rake. Wish I could have afforded one 20 years ago.

hey gcreekrch, didnt my neighbor ,your bil have what your looking for? i saw one at jim westwicks that was home made years ago that was home made that was probably just what you want .we put manure tines on a 7' bucket and skim the field prior to working the field to remove sticks and rocks that are on top.
