Your lucky you have sand. There is no way I could pull a feeder like
that here. I'm having trouble just pulling a 2 bale processor with a
MFD tractor. About 2-3 trips and is like soup. The water just don't
soak away in this hard ground. Just gets softer and softer.
 
I think the frost has gone out of our low meadows and with the snow melt and rain...getting across the soggy ground is tricky...Good to see moisture..but makes it hard to find high ground to cake on..lol I think we're close to half done as of today...tagged 52 calves today..the guys tell me..busy day! Good luck!
