Yup it was a fun drive home from work this afternoon.This hit about 9.30 and its been falling heavily since. I hope Les's is taking pics to show Mike..

Highway alert: As of 10:29 a m Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for the following areas; Lloyd minister, Wainwright, Vermilion, Provost, Red Deer, Ponoka, Innisfail, Stettler, Hanna, Coronation, Oyen, Drumheller and Three Hills. Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions. Travel is not recommended, if you do have to travel please drive carefully.

43 and snow is shrinking like crazy, maybe supposed to get some rain 8)
 
Mrs. G, I heard on the radio that were maybe going to get something tonight. A little freezing rain (always fun) and some snow.
 
It poured rain from 4 to 5 am then snowed hard till 10 am then the sun came out and it was 6C. It was like driving in a Sprite Slurpee. Looks like a roller coaster coming up.
 
The weather men CLAIM,we're going to get rain tonight,man I sure hope not cause that will be heck on all that snow. The health unit called all us gals to make sure we made it home today,and the girl I worked with this morn is the only town girl we have...she got called back in to work tonight and again in the morning. Looks like the snows letting up a bit finally.
