Memorial Day Weekend

Was able to spend some time home with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The weekend was also paired with the 60th wedding anniversary of my grandparents. But I always love to drive the pastures and check on how the cows are doing when I'm home.

I was able to snap a few pictures, but I apologize for the picture quality; taken with my blackberry.

This is a March 2008 bull that my brother raised that I really like

Looks like they decided to pose for a group picture for me!

North Central Kansas has been blessed with great moisture over the past couple years, and the pastures look great.

Thanks for the kind words garn. I don't think I've ever seen it this green in that country, so we feel pretty good about things.
