Hear don the radio this morning that the other 3 goons Vick was doing his deeds with have agreed to testify against him in return for lesser sentences. If that's the truth, ya gotta wonder if Vick is being setup here to take all the fall? Why wouldn't the cops get him to testify against someone for a lesser sentence? Apparently he doesn't have friends in high places, and has alotta enemies in unknown places. :lol:
 
The other difference is he has money to pay for lawyers while the other 3 didn't... The first one to cop a plea had been hung out to dry by Vick so it was no doubt he would plea.. they are working on a Plea with Vick too but they aren't sure he will take it or not.. They are working on charging him under the Rico act (And his codefendants before the please) which could carry 20 years in prison... All signs yesterday pointed to him taking the plea but he only had till 9am to take it..
 
I bel;ieve in the federal court system in Virginia...The please was supposed to be for 10-18 months in jail.. Theory is that the FL would suspend him for 2 years with one to run concurrent with his time in Jail.. He would be a 31 year old running QB when he got out and I still doubt a lot of teams would touch him. He will also be bankrupt the momment he signs that plea as the Falcons will demand 3/4s of their sining bonus back because he will be in Breach of contract.. Most NFL players spend money like drunken sailors so I doubt he has been saving up if you know what I mean.

I have a friend in common with Vick....the friend I trust what he says....and lordy the things I've heard.

Both of them were given to me when their owners died. Pretty useless hounds overall...but I like'em! :lol:
