been to Lincoln, during the Callahan experiment....best fans my fat ash! was in Manhattan and had a little old lady husker fan flip me off. once again, where are these greatest fans??

Jiggsy, I can certainly understand why anybody would want to flip you off, even/especially a little old lady. But why don't you enlighten us as to what you were doing/saying to the little old lady BEFORE she flipped you off!?!?!?!

At least once during the well deserved shellacking the Huskers gave your Mildcats, the cameras panned the crowd and some wheathead held up a big sign that said "I Hate Nebraska". Pure class, fo sho. It was an ugly Mildcat crowd that night, and they got exactly what they had coming. Even the sportscasters on the 6pm news were commenting on the behavior of the K Staters.

Your boys in Manhattan should know their role. The Jayhawk fans are pure class compared to what you see in Manhattan and Boulder. Granted, there are idiots and tards in every stadium, but Lincoln still has the classiest fans around, bar none.
 
we can argue this till the end of days, but NU fans think so highly of themselves that it is hard for them to see reality. they are like liberals.

all I did was cheer like hell when Sproles broke his 3rd or 4th long run free down the sidelines and the lady gave me the bird.

the kid with the sign had every right to hold it up. it gave the exact sentimental feelings that the entire big twelve has for NU.

I hope you do well in the big tn, and I hope they pair nu with a Big twelve school every year in the bowls. I hated NU for a long time. and that hatred grows more and more each time I see an arrogant husker fan proclaiming that the Huskers will own the rose bowl for the next 20 years.....so I like to point out that it may be like the Orange bowl in the 80's.....or ask "is that cause Texas don't get invited to the Rose bowl ?""
 
Texas, Schmexas. Our losses to them only prove that if you don't honor the fundamentals, even an inferior team will beat you.

Think they'll make it to a bowl game this year?

Believe it or not, Baylor is a pretty good football team.

Be terrible if they beat the Huskers in the Big 12 game, wouldn't it?

yes Mike...I am real worried and conscerned for Nebraska....like a tornado worries about a trailer park.

NU fans have soured me on the fuskers for LIFE never have I seen such ignorant foolish crybabies so proud of themselves and so eager to pat themselves on the back that they are missing the BIG picture....

NU has not won the big one in over ten years....and Texas beating them last year was the last straw, they pack up thier toys and leave...

Oh I do!! as someone who didn't grow up in NE, but lived there for 5 yrs, I got a little tired of the Husker fans ardor for their team...more than one fall wedding I went to the minister announced the score of the game during the ceremony, when someone did have the audacity to get married on a gameday!! :roll: I also don't believe that Tom Osbourne is the 2nd coming of Christ either!! :wink: :P my favourite team is ALWAYS whoever is playing against the Huskers!!!

last two weddings I have been to up in "the armpit of America" the bride and groom and all the wedding party march into the reception to that stupid pregame music....it is soretarded. and yes, the score announcements during the ceremony are not unheard of. but that is ALL they have.. pathetic. TO is a punk ash crybaby. he could not beat the Fla schools in the 80's and had nothing he could do about it. now, as AD, he can not beat Texas, so he is leaving town.
 
Nothing he could do about it? I guess winning 3 National Championships in the 90's doesn't amount to much then, huh? 2 of them back to back? One conference title must still be a pretty big deal to the Mildcat faithful.
