Let's spend some checkoff dollars showing some before and afters of people that have been successful on low-carb diets. Promote low-carb diets that promote eating beef...is that too simple?????? Sure it is...CBB would have to contract NCBA to do R&D work to make sure a low-carb diet is "sound science" and safe for the public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
