You usually tend to think your made of rawhide and leather,can ride a bull or eat it....don't matter,pull the ford out of a snowbank and still get the deer skinned before supper,etc. But in a tight spot there is only two names we call out. One is MOTHER.

Yep--- And boy what a beautiful day we are having down here...Tailend of a little thunderstorm came thru during the night and gave us just enough rain to get the ground damp...Now the sun is out- temp is 70- and the birds are a singing...

Grandma and I spent 2 hours just sitting on the deck this morning having coffee and listening to an old hoot owl do his thing, before I even got going to do chores...But it sounds like things will pick up- Grandkids called- they've been camping at the lake and fishing, but are on the way out- want me saddle their horse...And are anxious to see the new litter of puppies we had Friday night.....
