nice to see my daughter is not the only one taking a doll into places and treating it like a real baby. It really don't bother me all that much....until she asks me to burp it or change the diaper.
 
Couple of those pictures look as though they were taken at the beach.

Is that sand scattered in a few small areas or is it prevalent there?
 
Until he starting posting pictures and I went to the Natural History Museum and saw all the mollusk fossils and sea creature fossils from the center of the U.S., I did not realize what "Sandhills" involved! I'm really struck by the land myself and want to get out there to see it.

nr's fossils also reminded me of the great permanent exhibit in case anyone gets to the Smithsonian to the Natural History Museum. For instance, the history of the evoluation of the horse. I want to spend a long time there this winter.
