I'll agree .... I'm just going to quit looking at feed pictures - makes me depressed! It sounds like we're going to start silaging tomorrow but it won't look anything like this.

i was fairly proud of my oat crop until you guys started posting pics of yours :? is this oats irrigated? either way, looks like alot of feed. thanks for the tour :wink:

It was irrigated, but we had at 6-8 inches of rain in June. It was wet enough that I think we only had to irrigate it 2 or 3 times.
