The players should simply set better examples of themselves, or it's a never ending cycle.

Enforcement is such a variable as to make the list meaningless. If you were going to perpetrate - it wouldn't be in Ames or Lincoln. I say let the criminal answer for their deeds and that's the end of it. I'm so tired of Lawrence Phillips. Dr Tom wasn't a fortune teller. The fact they still slur him with that speaks well of the program.
Btw, where can Kansas get some of these really really bad criminals, I'm tired of losing. Seriously, the outlaws don't make a team better (except for Lawrence Phillips, he was the real deal and Kansas couldn't even keep him in state)
