It happened, just like the weather prognosticators proclaimed it would.
We were glad we took precautions, and put cattle into places where there was shelter.
We probably received at least eight inches of snow, along with high winds.
Glad most of our calves had enough age to withstand the storm pretty well.

The ice came off the fences in picturesque fashion.
